Lynn Carr is raising money for Spaniel Aid Uk
This year we are joining Wagathon to raise money for our chosen charity, Spaniel Aid. During the month of August we will be walking 9K with our K9'S in the Lake District.
Why Spaniel Aid?
Back in 2017, when Bobby was only 8 months old he was given over to Spaniel Aid by his owners who could not look after him properly. He spent a short time with a Foster carer who began teaching him the simple things like walking on a lead. After seeing his picture on their Facebook page we applied to adopt Bobby! We visited with Willow to see if they got on and then a week later Bobby came to join our family. He fit in straight away and the rest is history. He had a lot to learn and a few issues in the beginning but with a lot of patience he trusted us and is now the happiest, most loving little sprocker!
Unfortunately Bobby was one of dozens of spaniels up for adoption or needing Foster carers. Spaniel Aid UK Rescue is funded entirely by donations and the generosity of the public and people who adopt dogs from them. Without this charity we would never have come across Bobby and for that we are entirely grateful.

Thanks to everyone for your kind donations. We completed our 9k walk on August 23rd. We walked the Derwentwater circular trail which is actually 16km. We wanted to challenge ourselves and the walk was really good.
I'm sure Spaniel Aid will be over the moon with their donation of £127.
