About us
Founded in 1997, we are committed to providing shelter, care, food, veterinary treatment, safety, companionship and ultimately finding new loving homes for all the unwanted and stray animals that come into our Sanctuary.

9K Challenge for Assisi Animal Sanctuary

You may want to cover this distance in a day, over a weekend, or over the whole month, if that will be a challenge for you or your 4-legged friend.
International Dog Day is Friday 26th August, so let's make an effort to get our doggy pals tails 'a wagging' by stepping out walking together.
We have a suggested target of £50 for each walker, which will go towards the daily running costs of caring for our animals.
Assisi can house up to 200 animals at a time!! Thank you for your support.
