Alvaro Rodriguez is raising money for RNLI
My story
Dedicated to the brave men from the RNLI Newhaven Crew and the never ending efforts of the RNLI Newhaven Fundraisers.
My name is Alvaro Rodriguez and I am 50 years old.
I joint the RNLI Newhaven five years ago.
I will be running the Centurion South Downs Way 100 mile race.
My aim is to run under 24 hours.
Why ?
In recent years i have lost very dear friends to illnesses and it has given me more motivation to do the best I can with my life as long as I can breath.
Since I joined The RNLI Newhaven as a volunteer Crew member I have been witnessing how much dedication and often bravery these man have and give to the cause to rescue others when in danger in and around the water.
I am honored to be part of it.
I hope to raise lots of money for the RNLI and give this way to the charity funds they need to continour keeping up this fantastic group of woman and men.
