This year I've been trying to take on a challenge each month to give myself a sense of achievement and gain fitness. Swimming the Solent is my chosen challenge for July and it is something I never thought I would be able to do but always loved the idea of doing it.
I am swimming the solent for the West Wight Community Centre which is a leisure centre on the Isle of Wight which helps local communities and children with disabilities to get involved in different sporting activities and take on new challenges.
Please sponsor what you can, it will be a great help to the community centre and also enables me to take on this once in a lifetime challenge!
