Mental health is an important topic that I’m sure is close to all of our hearts in one way or another, we all have our dark days and we believe work done by Beacon Counselling and Mental Health Awareness week is amazing in breaking down those barriers and stigma that still remains around an issue that affects us all.
Help us raise money for this worthy cause by sponsoring us on our Charity Canoe Challenge! A 4 hour journey from Stockport to Sale!
