Chris's Triathlon + Half Marathon

Last year I ran a 1/2 marathon distance to raise money for equality opportunity and literacy charity Ablaze. This year I'm doing my first full triathlon and my first official half marathon for the same cause... within three weeks of each other. If you'd like to support young people to get a better start in life, and give me a reason to keep going in the last few k of each race, please spare what you can. Thanks.
