Ride London 2014

john mcghee is raising money for Community H.E.A.R.T
My story
This year I have managed to secure a place in the Ride London event. This is a 100 mile cycle route following the 2012 olympic course. So far this year my maximum distance has been 80 miles but I hope to try and complete the 100 miles in under 7 hours. I am trying to raise mone for community heart, and in particular the book appeal and Rape Crisis Cape Town. See the community heart web site for more details.
