David's Virgin Cyclone ride for Joan

Hi all, my mother sadly passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2011, and I'd promised myself I would do something for charity on her behalf.

Well, now the time has come, and I've entered for the Virgin Cyclone charity bike ride on 29th June. I haven't cycled in a decade and only a few weeks ago bought a bike, so I've had to start training pretty sharpish, as it is a very hilly 63 miles!!

Surprisingly to this day, pancreatic cancer still has a very low survival rate, and often seems to miss out when it comes to fundraising, so please help me start changing that.

I'd love to receive donations of any amount - Don't be put off by feeling you have to give a certain amount. Every penny is appreciated.
