De Vere Head Office Fund raising

In December 2019, we gave our colleagues the option to choose our nominated Charity for 2020 to fund raise for. Dementia Forward is a Charity close to a lot of our colleagues hearts. By supporting this Charity, we are also raising awareness about Dementia and we feel that this local Charity is one that will be a fantastic one to channel our fund raising efforts. Dementia Forward has lots of support including:

1. Understand dementia and what might happen in the future
2. Choose the types of services and support that best meet your needs
3. Stay connected to your local community by supporting you to take part in our range of wellbeing services
   4.Make informed decisions about your care, treatment, wellbeing and support needs
   Their services have been designed to give families and those persons affected the right support when it is needed. Their Dementia Support Advisors are flexible to individuals needs; and are there to support them and their family. From their very first conversation, they can open doors to other people who can help support the various parties involved. Their services also extend to supporting people through bereavement.

Our fund raising will include various fundraising events including individual donations.
