Dublin Marathon Run Fundraising for MIND

Germain is raising money for Mind (The National Association For Mental Health)
My story
I will be running the Dublin Marathon in support of MIND mental health charity.
All donations raised will be put towards MIND who provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. Improving services, raising awareness and promoting understanding are the main purposes of MIND through many existent campaigns.
As we all know, the NHS is under excessive demands and waiting lists for therapy and treatment can be up to over a year. Therefore, it is important to support mental health charities such as MIND that can contribute easier access and support.
Suicide is the most common cause of death for men aged 20-49 years in England and Wales. Male suicide has been described as a 'silent epidemic', it shouldn't be ignored.
