The Therapy Team are raising money for Mid Cheshire Hospitals Charitable Fund
Our story
Hello,
We are the Therapy Team working on the Stroke Unit at Leighton Hospital, consisting of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech & Language Therapists. On the 8th October 2022 we will be challenging ourselves to complete the Edale Skyline circular walk, which is a 30.9km route in the Peak District with an elevation of 1.173m!
Our roles involve us closely working together with stroke patients to rehabilitate them enabling function and return to doing activities which they enjoy. Our job requires a variety of specialist equipment, therefore, we are completing this event to raise money for this which will help to enhance patient care.
Any donations would be greatly received & we thank you in advance for all your kind support.
