My story
Mental health is a very personal thing. No two people will have the same experiences. Unfortunately there is still a massive amount of stigma associated with it, and that has to chance. We want to raise money for the Ynys Mon and Gwynedd Mind branch as we want to fund the work they are doing and help them spread the word about mental health and support those who are in need of help. They have been there for me and I want to give back.
