Gravity Global - Miles for Minds

To support Mental Health Awareness Week (18th– 24th May 2020) and raise money for the charity Mind, the Gravity Global team are seeing just how far we can collectively run, jog, walk, cycle or any other activity that will rack up the miles. 

We’ll then tot up the miles and track how far this translates compared to the distances between our UK offices. Our overall agency aim will be to cover the distance from Oxford to London, London to Norwich, Norwich to Kent and Kent to Oxford. This equates to 407 miles and is our minimum target. We would ideally like to exceed this and see how many laps we can complete.

The theme for the 2020 Mental Health Awareness week is kindness. We believe that by encouraging our employees to take time out to exercise in-between their regular busy workloads, we are promoting mental and physical wellbeing, and therefore being kind to ourselves.
