Hamish's Walk

Hamish’s Walk – a 20km sponsored walk across the South Downs on 01 Oct 2022 in memory of Hamish and in support of The Change Foundation.

Hamish was a wonderful young man; full of life, fun and a passionate sportsman. He was diagnosed with a brain tumour in 2012 and after an incredibly brave battle, he died in 2017 at the age of 23. Hamish was drawn to The Change Foundation through his love for cricket, spending time volunteering to coach on the charity's Refugee Cricket Project.

On Saturday 01 October we will be walking across the South Downs to raise money for Lucy’s (Hamish's Mum) and Hamish's favourite charity, The Change Foundation, who use the power of sport to help at-risk and marginalised young people change their lives in London, across the UK and around the world.
