Rachel is raising money for Buxton Infant School PTA
My story
On Monday 21st October, Harrison will be taking part in a special fundraising challenge to raise money for a new orienteering course at school. Led by Buxton's Push PT, they will be participating in four fun fitness challenges!
The money raised will help to fund a brand new orienteering course on the school grounds.
Orienteering has been proven to improve children's problem solving skills and self-esteem, as well as teaching them the practical skills of navigation and map reading. Once in place, the course will be used regularly by all year groups in PE and Geography lessons to enhance the curriculum.
