Harry's Walk

Most of our friends and family will know very well how our H has fought with mobility issues since the day he was born and how he spent a lot of his early life in casts and boots/bar. He has endured lots of painful surgery and still wears splints at night. But H is a toughy and he no longer uses a wheelchair, he no longer needs splints all day and he is no longer staring down the barrel of not being independently mobile when he is older. Simply being able to walk is a huge achievement and yet a lot of us take it totally for granted.
So to honour Sir Tom and to celebrate Harry's achievements, we are committing to walking 10,000 steps together over the bank holiday weekend. This will be a GINORMOUS challenge for our H, but we will sing, role play trains, dance and race ourselves to the end where no doubt a chocolate muffin will be waiting for us.
