Our story

Heidi and Matt are turning their 'casual', 'chatty' and 'carefree' runs to focusing on the 2022 London Marathon! We have chosen to support the Kent MS Therapy Centre, Canterbury - a local charity to us both; one that Heidi proudly works for and Matt supports with his restaurant, the Corner House. Please support us and in doing so help support those living with MS and other conditions.

Since joining the Kent MS Therapy Centre in December Heidi has been truly touched by what a wonderful place the Centre is (and Matt has learnt a lot about on his runs!). Filled with love, hope and so many inspiring people, coupled with the fantastic therapies that it provides for people living with MS and other conditions in Kent, it is a safe and peaceful haven for many people. The Charity aims to improve the quality of life for people with Multiple Sclerosis by providing a range of services which help people to manage & alleviate their symptoms. The Centre also provides support for carers and families. Although MS is not a terminal illness there is no cure and it has the potential to be highly disabling, affecting people's work, family life and independence. However, the condition can be well managed with proper medical treatment and care, alongside services such as those provided by our charity - allied and complementary therapies, practical and moral support. We currently have 535 members who directly benefit from the Centre's activities.

Thank you for checking out our page. Making a donation is fast, easy and secure thanks to Give as you Live Donate. They'll take your donation and pass it onto Kent Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre.
