Erin & Kerry's Kenyan Connection 2013

Event date: 13th January 2013

Erin McGeough is raising money for Celtic FC Foundation

My story

On 13th January 2013,Erin & Kerry will be travelling - on behalf of Celtic Charity Fund - as volunteers to help work in local schools in the largest slum in Africa - Kibera, Kenya.

On Friday 9th November we have our big fundraising event at the Lansdowne. Any donation of £5 or more on this page will get you one entry into our fantastic raffle being drawn on the night! The prizes are fantastic.

We totally appreciate your help! Erin & Kerry x

As part of the trip, we are also looking to raise £18,880 for Celtic Charity Fund and the Kibera Celtic Foundation, a fundraising target to commemorate the Clubs inception in 1888. We have been tasked with raising a minimum of £4,000.

In order for us to be a part of the trip, we are kindly asking you to support us with a donation - no matter how big or small - that will enable to us to do something we are working towards throughout this year.

Celtic Charity Fund was formed in 1995 to raise funds and support specific areas of charity work, while upholding and promoting the charitable principles and heritage of the football club. Since then, it has raised around £4.5m for a host of worthy causes on a local, national and international basis.

Established in 2008 as a self help programme, the Kibera Celtic Foundation links sport with small business development, AIDS awareness and other community programmes, including health and education.

Your support will be invaluable.

Thank you for checking out my page. Making a donation is fast, easy and secure thanks to Give as you Live Donate. They'll take your donation and pass it onto Celtic FC Foundation.
