Megans Mini Wannabe Great North Run

So in September Megan was due to run the Mini Great North Run which has unfortunately been cancelled. Megan was gutted she can't do it this year as she really enjoys the event and loves to raise a bit of money for her favourite charity. However over the Summer NeST (Nephrotic Syndrome Trust) are celebrating their 15th Birthday. They have asked for people to do some fundraising around the number 15 - be it jog for 15 minutes or walk for 15 miles. I thought since Megan can't do her GNR fundraising maybe we could do our own "wannabe great north run". So basically on the 15th August we will head to a local park and run for 1.5km (the same distance she would have done in Newcastle). We will track the run on our fitbits and report back so everyone can see we have done it.

I know its hard to give to every charity and donate for every event but it would be great if everyone could even just give £1 and I'm sure whatever Megan raises she will be very pleased with. All money goes to help the charity continue to search for a cure for Nephrotic Syndrome.
