Remembering George
The Crowther family are raising money for Dementia Forward
Our story
George lived in Harrogate for 45 years. Following his stroke in March 2009, George suffered from Vascular Dementia and after two years being cared for at home by wife Joan and his wider family, he moved into Grosvenor House Care Home.
George & Joan have always supported local charities and following George's passing aged 95, on December 17th, 2019, Joan selected DEMENTIA FORWARD, a North Yorkshire based charity for donations in memory of George.
