My story
People tell you when you run a marathon you get the bug - I poo pooed that idea - I only ever intended to run one (bucket list ticked)
And yet here I am, signed up and about to start training for marathon number two - I'm not sure it's a bug, more like a crazy lapse in judgement.
None-the-less MindOut is a great cause, doing brilliant work - why wouldn't I.

I am now half way through my training with only 53 days to go till the big event.
Last weekend I ran the Portsmouth Coastal Half Marathon - managing to shave 10 minutes off my previous PB - even in the horrendous gale force winds - maybe that's what pushed me along!
Any way feel free to sponsor me, if you are able, it's for a brilliant charity, doing super work supporting the LGBTQ+ community.
