Shaan cycles for BEfriend

I will cycle every day in February. I will try my best to cycle for 1 mile a day. I am doing this for a charity called BEfriend who are trying to make sure nobody is lonely. We all feel lonely sometimes but some people are lonely all the time. BEfriend help people to make friends and have someone to talk to. They have special volunteers called Befrienders that help people not feel so lonely any more. It would be really nice if you could help me and you can join me in my challenge too.
