Step forward for knowledge

Hari Om! Namaste! Hello! Dear ones,
Chinmaya Mission - the mission that provided me with the "knowledge" to lead a confident life in this world and the courage and guidance to understand my true self.
Would like to share how I started this inward journey. We moved our home near Deenabandhu Devasthanam in Indiranagar, Bangalore in the year 1992....seems so long ago :-) wow that's 27years!!
Was travelling by bus to school and the bus stop was opposite the temple and soon the attraction began, stepped in to look around.....one of the sevak told me about the classes - Balavihar and Chinmaya Yuva Kendra(CHYK) and I joined the CHYK class and as they say……rest is history :-)
Lots of activities for all age groups, it was a blessing for a teenager who was in the stage of moulding her life and here the mission was providing just that right guidance, courage to make the best of this life!!

The mission has helped and is helping in many ways and now to show my love am taking part in the 2020 London Marathon and raise money to support the various activities conducted, on the occasion of my 40th Birthday year!!
