Perdi a cabeça e vou participar numa corrida de obstáculos - Tough Mudder de Londres Oeste -
no domingo dia 7 de Maio, com uma pequena equipa da SEaB Energy (empresa onde trabalho), os Mudbusters! Nós estamos a angariar fundos para a Hampshire Search & Rescue/Busca e Salvamento de Hampshire!

I lost my mind and I will be entering the West London Tough Mudder event on Sunday 7th May 2017, as part of SEaB Energy's 'MudBusters' team!
We are raising money to support Hampshire Search & Rescue.

What is Tough Mudder?

Probably the toughest event on the planet! Tough Mudder is a 10-12 mile mud and obstacle course designed to drag you out of your comfort zone by testing your physical strength, stamina, and mental grit. With no podiums, winners, or clocks to race against, it's not about how fast you can cross the finish line. Who are Hampshire Search and Rescue?

Hampshire Search and Rescue (HANTSAR) exists to search for missing vulnerable people: children, the elderly, disabled persons, despondents, those suffering from Alzheimer's or mental illness and indeed anyone who, at the time of disappearance is believed to be at risk from death or injury. We are available to be called upon for assistance 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week/ 365 days a year. We will search in all weathers and on all types of lowland terrain. Hampshire Search and Rescue are managed and resourced purely by volunteers and whilst receiving initial contact from the emergency services or emergency response teams, we receive no form of statutory funding; therefore the team are reliant solely on public donations and small grants in order to continue this vital service

HANTSAR is one of many county based Lowland Search and Rescue units which exist countrywide. Like their sister organisations they are affiliated to the Association of Lowland Search and Rescue who are responsible for coordinating the various groups and setting the standards to which we must adhere. hantsar.org
