The Change Foundation is an award-winning charity that uses sport to change the lives of marginalised young people. We deliver targeted long-term interventions for the most vulnerable young people through Coach Mentors with lived experience, providing regular sport, personalised mentoring and work-related opportunities.
We exist to help young people find solutions to deal with these social issues through the power of sport: Knife crime, social media, disability inclusion, youth unemployment and mental health.

2021 marks the celebration of us being 40 years old.

Everyone’s working together to promote TCF in style,
By supporting young people in brightening their smile.

On the August 21st we will be attempting to accomplish,
A triathlon to raise funds to blossom a vulnerable person their wish.
