Thames Walk for Change
London Futures are raising money for The Change Foundation
Our story
On Saturday 5th June 2021, a group of young people and their families from The Change Foundation's disability employability and mentoring programme, London Futures will be taking on a 10-mile walk between Putney Bridge and Tower Bridge with their Coach Mentors to raise money to allow the charity to continue their life-changing work.
The Change Foundation is an award-winning charity that uses sport to change the lives of marginalised young people. We deliver targeted long-term interventions for the most vulnerable young people through Coach Mentors with lived experience, providing regular sport, personalised mentoring and work-related opportunities.

13 young people, alongside their family, friends and Coach Mentors conquered the Thames Bridges Walk between Putney Bridge and Tower Bridge on Saturday. It was a tough challenge but through amazing physical and mental endurance, the young people smashed the challenge! We are so grateful for everyone's support and contributions. Thank you so much :-)
