How does the lottery work?

1 - Make your £10 payment online via the ‘Give As You Live’ platform no later than 5pm on the 30/07/2024
2 - Pass your Ping Pong ball to the floor / office coordinator for the relevant draw. Please ensure your name is on your ping pong ball along with your department.
3 - The draw will take place in the afternoon of the 31/07/2024 and winners announced.
4 - For ease of administration a cash prize will be paid direct to the lucky winners from the company and all electronic donations will be passed direct to the charities representing the employee and company donation.*
5 - Collect your Ping Pong ball from the draw coordinator at the end of the draw ready for next month.

* 50% of the page total will be distributed as a prize e.g. If 30 people enter - The total funds donated via Give As You Live will be £300. This would result in a 1st prize of £75, a 2nd prize of £45, a 3rd prize of £30 and a £150 donation to The Peninsula Foundation charities raised by employees. In addition to this, a £150 matching donation will be paid by the company taking the total amount donated to £300. For ease of administration, entry payments for the draw are to be paid electronically via the Give As You Live platform. 
As this is a prize draw, our donations are not eligible for gift aid.
