Why I’m Taking on the Three Peaks

I know what it feels like to need support and how life changing it can be when someone is there to lift you up. 

Those moments have stayed with me, and they are why I am taking on the Three Peaks Challenge for Best Mates.

These annoying large mountains represent the challenges we all face. Some we can tackle on our own, but others feel impossible without a helping hand. 

Best Mates exists to be a helping hand in any crisis, offering understanding, commmunity and practical support when it matters most.

By climbing these peaks, I want to give back and help raise funds so that no one has to face their struggles alone.
