Ryan's Berlin Marathon for DEBRA

For everyone that knows me across the teams ( and trust me am sure most of you have heard me by now haha) especially on the Co-op team, know how much I love my fitness, I've been on such a journey over the past 2 years on my health and fitness being in the best position I've ever been in, its all I talk about, having this year completed my half marathon milestone, it is prime time to take this opportunity to the next level.

Running a Marathon is another milestone for me- only 0.1% of the worlds population have completed one and I'm determined to be part of that ratio!!

This year, I'm taking on the incredible challenge of running the Berlin Marathon, and I'm doing to raise money for DEBRA, a charity that supports people living with Epidermolysis Bullosa EB- a rare and painful genetic skin condition.

There is currently no cure for EB, and the condition can cause constant pain and life-limiting complications. DEBRA provides support for those affected and funds research to find better treatment- and one day a cure.
