Global Day of Giving 2026 - Glasgow

This years annual Peninsula Group Global Day of Giving takes place on Tuesday 1st  December 2026.

Join us as all companies within the Group come together for our 24-hour global fundraising event raising money for good causes around the globe. In the UK , we are supporting our 3 fantastic charity partners, Air Ambulances UK, DEBRA UK, and Together for Short Lives.  

This year’s challenge, is to attempt to climb all 8,848m of Mount Everest.

The day kicks off at 9am in Auckland and ends at 5pm in Vancouver, with each office taking part during their 8-hour working day. Employees will take 10-minute slots on step machines throughout their working day to see how far we can climb as a Group as well as which office can step the furthest distance.
 
There will also be an individual global leaderboard – who will come out on top?
 
Our charity partners will be present on the day, for anyone to get to know the charities and the work they do a little better, plus have some fun games for people to take part in. 
 
In addition to the main event, departments will be organising their own fundraising events and so get involved!
