About us
Education For All Morocco (EFA) ensures girls from the remotest, poorest villages in the High Atlas region of Morocco can continue their education. Founded in 2007 in response to the high illiteracy rates (over 70%) among women and girls in this region due to living too far away from the schools and being too poor to afford transport. We are providing a solution to girls missing school by building safe, well-equipped boarding houses for girls from 12-18 years. This enables them to complete their education and have additional study support so they can succeed and thrive. We now have over 70 girls enrolled at University which shows that the EFA model really helps them take their education as far as they wish to, so they can have an equal voice and opportunities in Moroccan society. An educated girl educates the next generation, and her whole village is transformed. Thank you for supporting us.

We invite you to raise money for teenage girls' education in Morocco !
5 K May is an annual event. It involves doing a 5K activity (walking, running, cycling...) every day, or every week or simply once in the month of May
Raising funds for Education For All Morocco ensures teenage girls from the most remote, rural villages in the High Atlas region in Morocco can go to school.
The EFA boarding houses are a lifeline for girls in rural Morocco. They ensure girls can easily access the local schools which would otherwise be out of reach from their villages. They also get 3 nutritious meals a day, cosy beds, hot showers and plenty of books, computers and support with their studies.
As a result, they are thriving and getting the best exam results in the country! Many are going on to University, getting jobs as teachers and travel guides and some are progressing onto Master's degrees and even PhD's!
An educated woman leads to a more equal, safe and prosperous nation. Let's be part of this inspiring movement together!
