ALISON'S LONDON MARATHON FUNDRAISER
On 27 April, I'll be running the London Marathon for the Freshford School PTA. I am not a marathon runner! This is my first marathon and I never thought I would get a place in the ballot. The training has been hard, and it would be great to raise money for the school to make it all worth it, so please support me if you can. At a time when the national picture for schools’ funding continues to be hugely challenging, PTA fundraising helps to cover books, equipment and extracuricular activities. The PTA currently needs to raise a minimum of £25,000 a year to support the wonderful school and teachers.
