Raising for Behind The Smile
Could you donate the cost of your usual Christmas cards and postage, to go towards a small gift for our groups? There are some people who attends our groups who live alone, don't always have contact with family, have very few friends, so sometimes no gifts at this time of year when gifts are discussed in all media, online or TV and many other formats. We try to provide a small party near the time too, so they can have a fun moment with friends.
Could you walk, run, run a bake stall or coffee morning, or donate the cost of a small present, or sending your usual cards, esp by post.

Behind The Smile is a charity set up in memory of Zac Pritchard, who ended his life after many years of mental health problems.
Our aim is:
To prevent suicide, by facilitating peer support, one to one’s and wellbeing walks, for those with poor mental health, and those bereaved by suicide, to offer suicide prevention, intervention and postvention.
