At CrossFit Crawley, community is at the heart of everything we do - bringing people together, supporting each other, and creating a space where everyone feels welcome to challenge themselves and grow.
This summer, that community is coming together for our Summer Throwdown in support of Dreamflight.
For us, it’s about more than just fitness. It’s about showing up for each other, building confidence, and creating an environment where everyone feels included and supported, and that’s exactly why Dreamflight felt like the perfect charity for us to get behind.
Dreamflight gives children with serious illnesses or disabilities the chance to experience something truly life-changing, helping them build confidence, independence, and the belief in what’s possible.
Our Summer Throwdown is a fun, members-only event filled with energy, teamwork, and a bit of friendly competition, but at its core, it’s about coming together as a community to support something bigger than ourselves.
If you’d like to support us, donations are open before, during and after the event. Every contribution, big or small, helps create opportunities for children to feel stronger, braver, and more confident.
