Raising for EXPRESS CIC
Event dates: –
Annette and Tracey will be walking 12,000 steps for 12 days.
Join us getting our steps in this festive period! Will you walk 12,000 steps a day for 12 days this Christmas to raise for EXPRESS CIC? Choose your 12 days between 1st December to 6th January and set up your fundraising page or ask for donations direct to our campaign.
You can walk, run, use a treadmill or cross-trainer or even hula-hoop! It’s a great way to keep fit and burn off those extra treats. Choose how you do your steps and raise funds for Express CIC so that we can continue our vital work and support.

Express is a user led not for profit community organisation, all donations help us provide support and services for autistic people and their families.
Driven by our desire to build a better future for autistic people in our community, we created EXPRESS CIC in 2012. Express is now a much loved, valued service for the community providing information and support, the ‘go to’ place.
We run a busy ‘mini hub’ in Tolworth providing:
Creative therapy
Counselling: parents/carers
Specialist Counselling: autistic people 11+
Drama Club
Production & Film Club

Express is an outstanding role model for diversity. We aim to engage the wider community and promote understanding and social inclusion, reducing isolation for young people and their families.
'They are a valuable resource for the community, filling in the gaps of the underfunded mainstream services. They are changing families lives in the area and do brilliant work'
'EXPRESS CIC is an amazing grassroots organisation supporting autistic children and young people. They always go over and above to support their community.'
Parents & Carers tell us how much our support means.
'It means so much to know you're all there with patience and understanding - quite simply - you get it!'
Our therapy groups provide young people with a safe space to express themselves, focussing on their wellbeing and mental health.
'We have noticed that S is so much more able to express how he is feeling, or how we are making him feel.'
‘I noticed my daughter gradually began to embrace her autistic identity and grow in confidence.'
The next step is to set up a thriving community hub where autistic people will be able to gain valuable life skills.
