Freshford School Pen Y Fan Walk
Raising for Freshford School PTA

Together with their families, a group of children from Freshford school will take on the challenge of walking up Pen Y Fan in the Brecon Beacons. It is likely to take the group around 3 hrs to ascend and climb down again, and for many this will be their first experience of a mountain walk like this.
We are raising money for the school PTA and have raised an incredible £880 (excluding Gift Aid) so far. The PTA needs to raise a minimum of £25,000 each year to support our wonderful school - at a time when the national picture for schools’ funding continues to be hugely challenging, the PTA fundraising helps to cover essential books, equipment and extracurricular activities.
