New table for Intergenerational Table Tennis
Raising for The Change Foundation
At The Change Foundation, we believe that Walking Sports has brought people together, created friendships and a safe space for all the amazing participants.
We’re raising £600 for a brand-new intergenerational table tennis table, to create create additional space and equipment for more people to play and be involved.
The Change Foundation is an award-winning charity using sport to change the lives of marginalised young people. Through regular sports sessions, mentoring and opportunities to develop skills for the future, we help young people feel supported, valued and able to reach their potential.
£600 will give Walking Sports a brand-new table with any additional funds supporting further equipment purchases, participation of young people, and venue hire.
We thank you for your support and look forward to the expansion of ITT!

The Change Foundation
Charity number: 1046047
The Change Foundation is an award-winning charity that uses sport to change the lives of marginalised young people. We deliver targeted long-term interventions for the most vulnerable young people through Coach Mentors with lived experience, providing regular sport, personalised mentoring and work-related opportunities.
Deliver - we deliver targeted sport for social change programmes for the most vulnerable young people through Coach Mentors with lived experience.
Innovate - we design programmes with young people, using creative methodologies and testing ideas by delivering 6-12 month pilot programmes.
Inspire - we work with other charities, employers and corporate organisations and create bespoke solutions to extend the power and reach of our programmes for maximum social impact.
Guided by young people, our listening process has directed us to deliver sports programmes that focus on these social issues affecting young people today:
- Knife crime and serious youth violence
- Social media influence and addiction
- Youth unemployment for vulnerable young people
- Disability inclusion and creating equal opportunities
- Mental health issues and developing coping mechanisms
We exist to help young people find solutions to deal with these social issues through the power of sport.
