We are a charity funded only by donations and grant awards, and we aim to make a difference to the lives of people fleeing persecution from their home countries and who consequently suffer trauma.

PCoS staff and volunteers are experts at making people seeking sanctuary feel welcome, giving them an opportunity to make friends with local people and contribute to the communities in which they live, both economically and culturally.

Without government funding, we need a bigger purse to continue providing the fantastic services we offer. PCoS is always looking for new ways of integrating asylum seekers and refugees into Portsmouth communities, from clients performing at Refugee Week and taking part in sports activities to volunteering for a Beach Clean.

There are many ideas we have, and your donations will help us deliver exciting projects, from employing talented project leaders, paying for materials, booking venues for sports, and creating wellbeing activities, to name a few.
