Reflect | Providing Pregnancy Choice & Loss Support
Raising for Reflect
Reflect provides free one-to-one support for anyone facing a pregnancy choice or anyone dealing with the pain of baby loss at any stage of pregnancy or soon after birth. We help women, men & couples process their emotions and improve their mental well-being, so they can move forward with hope.
Our goals:
- To provide free pregnancy choice and pregnancy and baby loss support for anyone living in North Yorkshire.
- To help ensure that Reflect can continue to deliver essential services to the communities of North Yorkshire that depend on us. Reflect is the only pregnancy and baby loss charity where someone can receive free one-to-one structured-support in-person through one of our four centres in York, Harrogate, Thirsk & Selby.
- To increase awareness about the effects of pregnancy & baby loss and the importance of seeking support in the community.
