About us
The Forget Me Notes Project
Charity number: SC048119 
Using music to build community, enhance communication and combat social isolation.
We run dementia-friendly choirs (in person and via Zoom), Music Memory Sessions in a variety of settings, and a Volunteer Project to take music into people's homes.
