Raising for Buxton Infant School PTA
Event date:
On Monday 21st October, everyone at BIS will be taking part in a sponsored workout which will be led by Buxton’s Push PT. The workout will consist of each child participating in four challenging fitness activities.
The proceeds of this event will fund a brand new orienteering course. Orienteering has been proven to improve children's problem solving skills and self-esteem, as well as teaching them the practical skills of navigation and map reading. Once in place, the course will be used regularly by all year groups in PE and Geography lessons to enhance the curriculum.
