Raising for Motor Neurone Disease Association
This year I turn 50 – and I’ve decided to mark it by taking on my biggest challenge yet.
The 50 at 50 Challenge
Between now and April 2027, I will complete 50 half marathon distances to raise money for the MND Association.
These will mainly be recorded and shared via a GPS tracker but I'm also entered into some official events through the course of the year.
This challenge is deeply personal. Seven years ago, my mother‑in‑law passed away from Motor Neurone Disease. From diagnosis to losing her took just three months. MND is a brutal, fast‑moving disease with no cure, and far too many families face the same devastating journey.
