About us
We, the Northwich and District Youth Centre (aka NDYC), are a large community building in Northwich town. Our building is open for community hire and use of community groups. We have been functioning as a charity for the past 60 years, when the building was handed over for good of the local community.
Our building is an asset to the town of Northwich and we would love to see it in use everyday by multiple community groups and organisations.
Northwich Youth Centre - 60th Birthday
The Northwich and District Youth Centre has been serving Northwich for 60 years now! Our large centre is an asset the town and hosts a number of groups including dance classes, tai kwon do, youth groups and more.
However, over the years the building has become tired and the internal layout does not fit the functions that we want to provide to the community. This year, to celebrate our 60th birthday, we are hoping to undergo a modernisation of the building. This will include changing the layout internally to create more community spaces and make the building far more accessible and available for use.
We really can't wait to see how our building will be used over the next 60 years!
