Inspired by Kevin Sinfield's latest challenge? Join us and complete your own 7 in 7 challenge to raise money for the MND Association.
Choose your distance and run, walk, cycle (or whatever you fancy) seven times over seven consecutive days. You could complete a mile every day, 77 miles over seven days or 7k a day - it's your challenge, your choice! If you took part in a previous 7 in 7 challenge, now's the time to push yourself for round two and get your hands on the latest edition on the challenge medal!
Join the team to raise money and you will not only help to support families affected by motor neurone disease, like Rob's, but will also fund vital research in the search for a cure for MND.
