About us
The Marjorie Willis Educational Foundation is a registered charity, that has been supporting the the students at Alderbrook School for over 50 years. We do this by raising funds and awarding grants, providing items that are not provided by normal school funding.
Examples of what we have paid for includes stage equipment, arts and science equipment, a new kiln, basketball nets, reading pens, sports kit and subsidising school trips.
ABK Runs Solihull
Event date:
Over 60 students and staff are planning to run/walk the Bruton Park Solihull Half Marathon/10km on Sunday 11th August to raise funds for the School.
We will be raising money to buy a bench for our quad area in honour of Josh Weston, a much loved member of our school community whom we sadly lost last year.
We see this bench as not only a tribute to Josh and his contribution to our school community but also as a place for staff and students to reflect and it could be an area that impacts positively on mental health.
