We rescue books from the UK landfill and giving them to people that need them. Our aim is to prevent 200,000 books from being thrown away. Our dream is to end book poverty in East Africa.
We not only provide books to schools, orphanages, remand homes and prisons, but we also build Libraries & Learning Centres from shipping containers in carefully selected communities. Locating the Centres in the hearts of communities enables us to reach the maximum number of children, work with community volunteers and provide a host of developmental activities to aid them in their quest of creating better futures for themselves.
