Welcome back to the Lord Mayor of Liverpool's annual Chinese New Year charity fundraising dinner. Celebrate the Chinese New Year and help raise money for the Lord Mayor's Charity.
From 7pm til late, mark the start of the 'Year of the Tiger' with a scrumptious three-course meal, plus a colourful and thrilling traditional Chinese lion dance and martial arts display, courtesy of Liverpool's Hung Gar Kung Fu Club and a prize raffle draw.
All monies raised on the evening go towards the Lord Mayor's Charity, which supports three very deserving local causes: The Whitechapel Centre, Tom Harrison House and Speke Training & Education Centre (STEC). So in addition to enjoying a fantastic evening's entertainment, you will be helpng these very worthy organisations.

Each year the Lord Mayor of Liverpool raises money to be distributed to local charities or charities with a Liverpool connection.
The Lord Mayor of Liverpool for 2025-26 is Cllr Barbara Murray.
Councillor Murray’s charity will be Liverpool Education Grants Charitable Trust previously known as the Council of Education. The direct beneficiaries during her mayoral year will be Liverpool Literacy Cycle, Youth Works apprenticeships and Liverpool Poetry Space.
