We are dedicated to provide a supportive community for individuals living with disabilities and their families through a range of networking events, support groups, face to face activities, providing advice and resources, advocacy, support and friendship, whilst promoting an inclusive environment to those we serve.
Christmas Gift Fundraiser (2024)
Help us hit our £815 target for this years Christmas Gift Fundraiser!
The CFDN supports members living with disabilities and their families. Christmas can sometimes be a challenging time for our families and members, especially those in residential care and our older members.
Each year, we provide our members living with a disability (2024: 163 people) a Christmas gift. This year our target is £815 in order to meet commitment.
