Climb UP the O2

Raising for Up - The Adult Cerebral Palsy Movement

To mark World Cerebral Palsy Day, our team and some of our members will be climbing over the roof of The O2 to raise funds for UP – The Adult Cerebral Palsy Movement.

Taking on this challenge is our way of shining a light on cerebral palsy and celebrating the strength, resilience, and achievements of adults living with Cerebral Palsy. Reaching the summit is more than just a physical challenge—it's a symbol of overcoming barriers and raising awareness for a community that is too often overlooked.

Every donation brings us one step closer to a more inclusive future for adults with cerebral palsy.

By sponsoring our climb, you're helping raise awareness, create lasting change, and support UP's mission to ensure every adult with cerebral palsy is seen, heard, and valued.

Thank you for your generosity and support.

About us

Up - The Adult Cerebral Palsy Movement

Charity number: 1179458

Up - The Adult Cerebral Palsy Movement is a community-led charity designed to empower, inform and support adults who suffer from Cerebral Palsy. We are the only UK charity for adults with Cerebral Palsy.

Our aim is for all adults with Cerebral Palsy to live their best lives. Our movement is about positively making the changes in ourselves, and in society, so that we can live our best lives. It is rooted in our belief in our own power, standing up for ourselves and our rights, and combatting ignorance, prejudice and indifference.

Cerebral Palsy is a lifelong condition that affects 130,000 adults in the UK. It is a condition which develops associated co-morbidities during adulthood and demands specialist care pathways. However, co-ordinated and specialist services do not exist today for adults with Cerebral Palsy. This lack of support results in worse health outcomes and, lower education and employment participation for individuals.
