Daru Community Library Appeal
Event dates: Thursday 20th May 2021 – Sunday 20th June 2021
Daru Community Library was built in 2014 by Empower the Gambia fundraising and donations. Now the effects of the harsh Gambian climate have caused the building to need repairs to cracks in the wall and damage to the roof. It will cost £4000 some of which will be covered by gift aid from our charity boutiques The Emporium of Loveliness and grant applications. However we still will need to raise at least £2500.
